We have established a brand new Debt Capital Market MTN funding Programme for a Microfinance firm operating in Botswana, Namibia, Zambia and Malawi, in order to source local currency funding & are currently running all aspects of their funding Programme, including fund raising & Investor Relations.

Local funding raised in Botswana exceeds BWP250m and this entity has eliminated
its Euro Denominated debt through the MTN funding.

We have also project managed the installation of several Solar Farms for an Industrial Property Group in South Africa.

Our team supported AFB Ghana PLC (now Letshego Ghana) for over 7 years with local currency fund raising, investor relationship management, credit risk management & new product development. During this time, AFB Ghana was transformed from loss making to a very profitable business. We introduced the pioneering Mobile Loan product in Ghana together with Jumo World and grew the AFB Ghana customer base by over 2m new customers in approximately 18 months post luanch.

Until April 2019, we provided exclusive consultancy and advisory support to the Letshego Group, who operate across 11 countries within Africa. We established a track record for problem solving for the Letshego Group, whether this related to balance sheet optimisation, local currency funding, post write off collections, Group Re-organisation, credit risk or digital marketing.
